Christabel is a social media marketer turned high school teacher and digital wellness advocate. She currently teaches with the Vancouver School Board, where she brings real-world insight into the classroom and supports students in building critical, future-ready skills.

As a certified teacher, Christabel helped launch Vancouver’s revised Career Education Curriculum, developing resources for both students and educators. She is currently teaching Psychology while exploring the integration of AI in public schools as a Copilot agent tester for the school district.

Through AMP Digital Reset, she helps parents, educators, and kids rethink their relationship with persuasive tech. She translates complex ideas about media manipulation, dopamine-driven design, and emotional extraction into clear, practical tools that help families reclaim control of their time and attention.
